I believe every client’s legal requirement is unique. I take a personal approach to my legal service and ensure that my client’s instructions are carried out diligently, promptly and within a reasonable time frame.I have developed a simple 5 step approach to enable me carry out instructions and develop a long lasting relationship with any client.

Booking the consultation

I will request a client to book an consultation with me. The consultation can be online, on phone or face-to-face.

Knowing your requirements

Prior to the consultation I will request a client to give me some information regarding their requirements. The instruction forms are bespoke and tailored to a client’s requirements.

The consultation

  • At the consultation I will discuss the requirements more comprehensively based on prior information I have been given. The consultation helps in tying up any loose ends and to ensure I have all the information I require to carry out the instructions.
  • At the consultation I will give limited advice, agree on my fees and the approximate time frame within which I expect to carry out the instructions.

The Next Steps

  • The next step will be to commence preparation for a client’s documentation. This will involve carrying out due diligence, conflict checks, retainer agreements and obtaining any preliminary documentation.
  • All instructions are processed via my cloud based legal practice management softwares. The softwares I use provides bank grade security protection. This is to ensure a client’s data is protected from security vulnerabilities and other online threats. All data is processed with in line with data protection law and privacy policy.
  • I will seamlessly share documents, communications and manage a client’s instructions from any device – thanks to the power of cloud technology.
  • My secure cloud based legal service provides a client with remote access to their documents and increases efficiency, confidentiality and security.
